About: The Louvature Report was established in the late 1940s as a sub-division of the Manhattan Project. Scientists isolated in Los Alamos needed a way to get updated on the latest news in urban culture (fashion, art, and design). Thus, the Louvature Report was started. It’s 10:00 am and I’m sitting in the Georgia Tech Library [4th floor]. It’s raining…again. Georgia has been in a drought for what seems like 3 years and as soon as I get to college the rain man decides to release everything he’s been holding back. O well… That’s my luck. Thursdays are my slow days. I only have 3 classes. Right now I’m thinking about this club I want to start a Tech. It’ll be focused on urban fashion and culture. However, in order to start it I have to write a constitution and go through some other procedures. I’m really excited about it. Attention: you are witnessing the birth of greatness.
